From spring 2024, you'll be able to take advantage of this wine trail to discover the grape varieties used on the estate and learn more about the different characteristics of the AOP Ventoux terroir.
The estate is located in the Mont Ventoux area, which was classified as a "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO in 1990. Their aim is to protect the environment, which is why the estate has converted to organic farming. The vineyards are managed without the use of synthetic herbicides or pesticides, and are worked mechanically. To protect the balance of the soil, only organic fertiliser is used throughout the estate.
The estate is in the process of obtaining Biodynamic Agriculture certification. These plots are located at an altitude of between 250 and 400 metres, and the terroirs you will be walking through are characterised by clay-limestone gravel.
Your walk will end with a tasting of the château's wines.
You can also enjoy their winegrower's picnic, designed for two people. Carefully prepared with fresh local produce, it can be accompanied by a Château Pesquié wine (extra charge). A vegetarian version is also available on request.
Minimum 2 people - €25/person. To be collected from the estate store between 12.30 and 1.30 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
