Epicurean discovery
Château Guiraud, 1er Grand Cru Classé in 1855, is a pioneer in responsible and ecological wine tourism.
Ideally located, Château Guiraud is a must on the Bordeaux Wine Route in the Graves and Sauternes regions. When you visit Château Guiraud, you'll be greeted by a majestic avenue of 181 plane trees lining the ancient Roman road, leading you off the beaten track to a unique wine tourism experience based on a natural approach to viticulture and biodiversity.
Château Guiraud has been using Bioviticulture® methods in its vineyards since 1996.
Château Guiraud thus became the 1st Premier Grand Cru Classé in 1855 to receive AB certification.
In addition to our cultivation practices, which are illustrated in the estate's 2,200 m² vegetable garden, the emphasis is also on the richness of the Ciron Valley and its protection.
Tours are available every day of the year, and Château Guiraud remains committed to offering you a high-quality welcome and new experiences in the world of wine.
The estate is a true place of pleasure, living to the rhythm of a village square. The estate's restaurant, called ‘La Chapelle’, will enable you to extend your ‘Guiraud’ experience over lunch or dinner.
