Epicurean discovery
Today Fanny and François Boyer, sister and brother, are the 4th generation to look after the destiny of the vineyard. They are considered by many discerning eyes to be "the rising generation of the Costières de Nîmes Appellation".
The 50 hectares vineyard has been cultivated by François in organic farming since 2009 and in Biodynamic since 2020. Fanny makes the wines that each year bring their share of feminity and requirement.
The inimitable style of BeauBois wine is based on its superb terroir of Villafranchian pebbles and its fabulous location. Overlookingthe pond of Petite Camargue. The vineyard benefits from their freshness during the nights until the early hours of the morning, often giving saline and iodine notes. The southern exposure offers the Mediterranean heat which has a remarkable influence on their wines. They also produce olive oil, you can find all their production at their sales cellar.
