A history rooted in Provence

Five centuries ago, Observant monks settled on this site, named ‘Font des Pères’ after its natural spring. Pioneers of winegrowing in the region, they laid the foundations for a rich heritage, while the restanques, laid out in the eighteenthᵉ century, permanently shaped this unique landscape.

Renewal through passion and innovation

In 2010, Caroline and Philippe Chauvin fell under the spell of this site nestling in La Cadière d'Azur, in the Bandol appellation. Aware of the potential of its 6 hectares, they breathed new life into it, transforming the estate into 14 hectares of vineyards spread over 200 terraces. Thanks to the gastronomic expertise they had acquired with their former vineyard, they applied the same quest for quality and refinement to their wines, surrounding themselves with enthusiasts to sublimate each cuvée.

A unique alliance of nature, gastronomy and wine tourism

The modernised winery and the Ferme Auberge, opened in 2018 with a breathtaking view of the Sainte-Baume, welcome wine lovers to an enchanting setting. The chef offers inventive cuisine inspired by the estate's vegetable garden and the Provencal terroir.

Three renovated villas complete this unique wine tourism offering, where elegant wines, conviviality and the art of living come together. The climate, marked by sea breezes and the Mistral wind, gives the vines freshness and aromatic complexity, making each visit and tasting an unforgettable experience.
